Tom’s philosophy is based on the Kaizen principle. In Japanese this means improvement or ‘change for the best’. In the workout this can be achieved in a variety of ways by more reps, more weight or less rest period. It crosses over to every day life as well. It means striving to be better today than you were yesterday no matter how small the increment.
Tom uses a range of equipment from barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells, TRX and boxing gloves to name a few and implement the training carefully structured to enhance performance and results.
Private Personal Training Session where Tom will focus on either strengthening and conditioning to build lean muscle mass or high intensity interval training to burn fat.
