Stand Up Paddle [SUP] Yoga is a fusion of Yoga and SUP where you perform yoga floating on a board. It challenges, elongates and strengthens the body, as well as deepening your ability to focus, centre, and quieten the mind.
Who is it for?
Open to all levels of practice – no previoue experience necessary.

- Paddling technique coaching / perfectioning
- SUP Yoga (Yoga on the Stand-Up Paddle Surf board)
- SUP Pilates (Pilates on the Stand-Up Paddle Surf board)
- Yoga asanas on the beach
- Postural alignment & Balance exercises
These session are led by Stand-Up Paddle Surf (SUP) professional instructors with the Spanish Federation of Surf and the International Organization of Stand Up Paddle Surf.
