Day 1 Saturday

We will greet you on arrival and whisk you off to the organic farm in a luxury airport transfer. You will be welcomed at the farm where you can settle into your room and begin to relax. The first day will be very gentle. Once everyone has arrived, you can get to know the group at our ‘Welcome Meeting’. The Meeting will give us all the opportunity to meet one another and for us to let you know the week’s itinerary.
For us, it’s Ibiza’s famous Medieval Festival which marks the ‘start of summer’ so that’s where we will be heading on Saturday night, to see the huge array of stalls, food, costumes, music and crafts, that really give you a sense of the island’s history in the majestic Dalt Vila. The Medieval Festival is one of the highlights of the summer, and an amazing way to start our adventure.

Day 2 Sunday

08.00–08.30 Super-juice, herbal teas and fresh cut fruit
08.30–13.00 We will start the week’s action with a medium level 12K walk from the farm to San Juan’s delightful Sunday market where we can enjoy the varied stalls of handmade clothes, jewellery, food and gifts which makes San Juan one of Ibiza’s coolest markets. We can then head back to the farm for a well deserved healthy lunch.
15.00 – 19.00 After lunch we will spend the afternoon at Healing Ibiza where you can sample an array of therapeutic offerings from the Island’s best healers. Healing Ibiza is a celebration of Ibiza and includes music, dance, yoga, workshops and inspiring speakers, all of which you can experience. Healing Ibiza is a must see event, which also marks the ‘start of summer’.
19.00 – 21.00 Another iconic Ibiza event on Sundays is the drummers of Benirras beach. That is where we will head for sunset yoga and our evening meal. This should be a fitting end to a glorious day.

Day 3 Monday

08.30–10.30 Morning Yoga Practice
11.00–18.00 Horse Riding. We want you to spend as much time with the horses as possible so we’ll head straight to the stables after yoga. You can help tack up your horse before heading off for an afternoon ride through the beautiful countryside of Santa Gertrudis. We will stop for a picnic lunch where you can relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
18.00 – 19.00 Dinner
19.00 – Treatments – optional extra

Day 4 Tuesday

08.30–10.30 Morning Yoga Practice
11.00–12.00 Delicious Vegetarian Brunch
13.00–17.30 Kayak excursion from Benirras. We use two-man kayak canoes and you will be paddling between 4–5 hours with regular breaks to swim and explore the beautiful northern coastline.
18.30–19.30 Dinner
20.30 Treatments – optional extra

Day 5 Wednesday

08.30–10.30 Morning Yoga Practice
11.00–12.00 Vegetarian Brunch
13.00–18.00 Our Cycling excursion will be on brand new Cannondale mountain bikes, professionally fitted for you. We will be mostly off road, on a medium level ride, which will last 4–5 hours taking in challenging off road terrain.
18.30–19.30 Dinner
20.30 Treatments – optional extra

Day 6 Thursday

11.00–12.00 Vegetarian Brunch
12.00–17.00 Free afternoon
18.00 – 19.00 Dinner
19.00–21.30 SUP sunset boat excursion.
Once aboard we will head off to the chosen location, (depending on wind and weather). Your instructors will give an SUP lesson on the boat. You will then paddle around secluded bays and beaches, taking in caves and coves, before heading back to the sunset strip, to enjoy a cocktail aboard the boat watching the famous Ibiza sunset.

Day 7 Friday

11.00–12.00 Vegetarian Brunch
13.00–18.00 Walk to Atzaro for spa day. Atzaro is Ibiza’s most famous and luxurious Spa, so after an energetic week you can relax by the pool and reflect on your week in Ibiza.
20.00 Farewell Dinner
