Kick Boxing Workout
With our certified kickboxing coach Rosie, you will learn how to jab, cross, uppercut, hook, front kick, and more. It doesn’t matter if you have never tried kick boxing before, as Rosie is used to training everyone from beginners right through to international athletes.
Kickboxing is a great way to get rid of pent up aggression and stress, so, while you’re learning new self defense techniques, you are also becoming a calmer, more relaxed person.
Rosie’s training combines cardio, core training, bag work, body toning, with lessons on kickboxing and self defence. We have everything, all you need is will power.
As you can see Rosie likes to use the Ibiza countryside to exercise in. You too can learn how to train with relatively little equipment but achieving great results in the beautiful countryside of north Ibiza.
